I’m sure we can all recognise Kayla.

Kayla is an Australian personal trainer and entrepreneur. Sweat with Kayla is her meal-planning and workout app and she is the creator of a series of fitness eBooks, Bikini Body Guides.

Kayla has been a top fitness influencer for many years and continues to dominate today with a whopping 11.4 million followers on Instagram. Amongst it all, she shares workout videos, amazing client results, delicious food pics and motivational quotes.

She’s killing it every day inspiring people to live a healthier lifestyle. On a more personal note, she is now a new mother to her baby girl – Arna. Congrats Kayla!

‘Health without the obsession’ is Georgie’s tagline. On her Instagram we see inspiring captions, workout videos, life updates and more. Georgie is flourishing and it’s empowering to see her entrepreneurial spirit!

She recently launched her podcast – The Rise and Conquer Podcast, which is ‘for women who are ready to rise up to their best selves.’

I recently came across Madalin on Instagram and was drawn to the abundance of workout videos she was posting. If you need some workout ideas head straight there! She aims to inspire, inform and motivate women to be the best version of themselves. Madalin has 1 million followers on her Instagram – From booty workouts, upper body workouts to PAPER PLATE workouts – she’s got it all!

She has recently launched her own app – Work it with MG where the goal is women supporting women. It has a variety of at home and gym workouts available.

Riley Hemson
